Namaste! My name is Ebony Russell RAHC AP. I offer energy healing services as well as sound healing. My "Soul Ayurveda" heals you with the light and spark of your soul. The cleansing sounds from my instruments help you to expand the more serene crevasses of your body and mind. Listening to the sounds of the spirit uplifts not only your mood, but your entire existence. I channel your inner healing spark to reach a state of "swasthya" or of true mind, body, and spiritual balance and health . I am a registered Ayurvedic Health Counselor with the AAPNA. I have also received a certificate as an Ayurvedic Practitioner with Yogamu Institute and the GYTA. I am also a Meditation teacher 100hr, and a Breath work and Pranayama Level 1 Facilitator. I offer counseling for clients to learn more about their Prakriti and Vikriti as well as lifestyle modifications and other treatments that you can do in order to achieve and maintain good health. I also offer sound healing group sessions as well as individual energy healing, sound healing, and meditation.
